At the 2009 Teen Choice Awards Britney Spears wore this little black dress with her long blond hair. The dress was classic but with a little sparkle and asymmetrical design. Surfboard not included with the dress.

I think it is awful that loads of people want to watch her go wrong. I wish that she can surround herself with friendlier people and enjoy her life once more.
