Here Hilary Duff  is wearing a black calf length dress with fringe across the bottom.  Along the side a tuxedo stripe to add a little detail.  The dress is cinch at the waist with a thick black belt.  She wore this to the 13th annual “Keep Memory Alive” gala to benefit the Lou Ruvo foundation.

Another classic dress by Ann Taylor. This dress has flirty crew neckline with ruffle trim. Ponte knit bodice with darts and satin skirt with pleats at front.  It’s a fun little party dress or even could be worn to the office.

This black and pink Candy Flounce skirt from Mode Merr is fun, very 50′s-ish with the peppermint candies on the bottom right of the skirt. The ric-rac trimmed hemline gives it a sweet touch. Retails for $72. Give us your rating!
